What does a typical session look like?
Every therapy session is tailored to the client's individual needs. I strive to create a therapeutic space where you can come as you are, take what you need from our sessions, and show up in whatever way feels most comfortable in that moment. My hope is that therapy can be a soft place to land during your week, a space where you can feel supported in your growth.
How do we know if we are a good fit?
I offer a complimentary 20-minute clarity call via phone or video call, during which you can ask any additional questions you may have to determine our next steps together. This is a low pressure way for us to determine if we are a good fit! If we determine we are a match, we will schedule an intake. If we decide we aren’t a match, I will provide you with a list of trusted referrals. My goal is to make sure you end up with a therapist you absolutely click with.
What if at any point in the therapy process I don’t feel like something is working or we are a fit?
I value honest feedback. Ultimately I am a partner in your healing process and I am committed to ensuring that you have a therapy experience that aligns with your needs and goals. Please feel free to share feedback with me at any time so we can determine a path that is right for you!
